Our ChineseBites.com Signature Dishes Tour continued yesterday with a record 16-course meal. Dinner #8 took place at Cindys Palace, as they invited us along with some of Vancouver's top food bloggers to try their very best signature dishes.
The owner of Golden Phoenix Chinese Seafood Restaurant re-located to this new location last December and also changed their name to Cindys Palace. They are known for their signature soups but offered us plenty of entrees to sample.
Golden Ocean may have set a standard when they served us Dim Sum at our dinner #6 and clearly Cindys Palace has picked up on that, as they too offered us Dim Sum as well. We don't expect this will be the last time a restaurant will serve us Dim Sum for dinner as it is actually very smart to have us promote both their lunch and dinner specialties with one meal.
