On July 5th, 2012 we launched the ChineseBites.com Signature Dishes Tour to showcase the very best dishes from local Chinese restaurants and ultimately prove Vancouver has the best Chinese food in the world outside of Asia. The tour will visit 2-3 local Chinese restaurants every month while inviting local media/bloggers/critics to help spread the word online and through social media.
Our first stop was Golden Swan Restaurant, a well known favourite for Vancouverites since 1998. For the inaugural ChineseBites.com Signature Dishes Tour, we invited several popular local food bloggers including Sherman from Sherman's Food Adventures, Kevin from 604 Foodtography, Rick from rickchung.com and Alvin from Foodology.
