Deer Garden Signatures, popular for being one of the very first "Fish Noodle Soup" restaurants in Metro Vancouver, will be opening its third location overall and its first in Vancouver. According to their poster, this new location will be located 6270 Fraser Street (47th Avenue), which means they will replace Koon Lock Seafood Restaurant. The new restaurant is scheduled to open at the end of September.
The two current locations in Richmond are situated at #1118-3779 Sexsmith Rd. and #2015 - 8580 Alexandra Rd.
