Deer Garden Signatures opened its third overall location and first restaurant in Vancouver today. Located at 6270 Fraser Street, Deer Garden Signatures replaced Koon Lock Seafood Restaurant. They are famous for their "Fish Noodle Soup" and their success have triggered many Chinese cafes into adapting a similar approach in providing their customers with this popular trend.
