The Summer Night Market in Richmond (voted by BBC Travel as one of the world’s best) officially kicked off today. The busiest merchants of the Summer Night Market are undoubtedly the food vendors, evident by the long lineups and bumper-to-bumper human traffic on the main food aisle. ChineseBites was given the opportunity to enter the Summer Night Market hours before it officially opened at 7pm. Right at 7pm sharp, 95% of the traffic on opening night came straight to the food area, as curious visitors brought their appetite to see what is new this year. ChineseBites will be featuring each food vendor's top two items.
